Join one of the fastest growing IT companies in Wisconsin! At One Click, we pride ourselves on employee retention and offer a laid back yet professional working environment. We are currently looking to add another skilled Business Account Executive to our roster.

We are seeking a full-time rep who has intentions of a long term employment relationship and becoming a integral part of our growing agency.

This position is a base pay + commission role. The starting base pay for this position is $24,000 per year with room for performance based growth. In addition to base pay, we offer an industry leading commission structure as well as a ramp period for new employees to build their funnel. Outside sales reps with adequate performance can expect to make $55,000-$80,000 their first year.

This position will be both offsite and onsite. Reps will frequently be in the field to prospect and attend client meetings. When reps are not in the field, they will be expected to be in the office Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm.

Our reps are provided mileage reimbursement, a generous amount of PTO, 401k match and uniforms along with several other benefits.

Business Account Executive Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through various forms of prospecting.
  • Conduct sales meeting with clients to uncover customer needs.
  • Build and maintain a referral network through participation in various business networking groups.
  • Propose applicable services to client based on needs.
  • Obtain and evolve proficiency in the modalities offered by One Click. (Web, IT, VoIP)
  • Follow up with existing clients to maximize account revenue potential.
  • Perform sales duties with the highest level of integrity and honesty, with the intention of building long term b2b relationships.

Recommended Experience

Our Business Account Executives are able to sell any product line within One Click's Portfolio. Given the technical nature of this position; it is strongly recommended our reps have a background and/or previous experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Web Development
  • Search Engine Optimization
  • Telecommunications
  • Managed IT Services
  • Networking
  • Disaster Recovery Solutions

Experience is not required provided applicant has sufficient level of competency in the tech industry.

Requirements

  • Valid US Drivers License
  • Reliable form of Transportation
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to document all interactions with clients
  • Ability to learn and retain technical information in a timely fashion
  • Ability to quickly adapt as technology changes and evolves
  • Strong communication skills
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Pass background check

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
